These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StockPlus mobile applications and related services (the “Service”) provided by StockPlus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

StockPlus is a market-information and monitoring tool for retail investors. It provides features such as watchlists, price and keyword alerts, a Pulse Score, screeners, market news, and an AI-generated daily briefing. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate and is provided on an “as available” basis.

3. Not financial advice

StockPlus is a market-information tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Figures and scores shown may be illustrative or estimated, and nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information in the Service.

4. User accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute market data or other content except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app.

5. Subscriptions and freemium

StockPlus offers a free tier with usage limits (for example, on the number of watchlist items, alerts, saved screeners, and daily SWOT reports) and a paid StockPlus Pro subscription that removes or raises those limits.

5.1 Auto-renewing subscription terms

StockPlus Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly plan and as an annual plan. The plan title, its length, and its price in your local currency are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account, or to your Google Play account, at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings, or in Google Play subscription settings, after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no partial refund is given for the unused remainder of that period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, where one is offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.2 Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and by Google, not by us, so refunds are handled under their policies and we cannot issue one directly. Request a refund through Apple Support or through Google Play Support. Where consumer law in your country gives you a further right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase, that right applies and is not limited by this section.

5.3 Price and plan changes

Prices and free-tier limits may change. We will give notice of a material change before it takes effect, and a price increase never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a new price, you can cancel before the next renewal.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party market data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that market data will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here removes a protection or a forum that the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence gives you.
