For insider-filing research on a desktop, SECForm4.com is deeper than we are and most of it is free, so use it. StockPlus is the better answer if you want insider filings on a phone, beside prices, alerts, congressional trades and a morning briefing, at a price you can read before you sign up.

Is SECForm4.com free?
Largely, yes. The site advertises free insider trading reports and much of it is browsable without an account. There is a premium membership with real-time email notifications and screener access, but as of 27 August 2026 no price for it is published anywhere we could find.
What is a Form 4 filing?
A disclosure a corporate insider, meaning an officer, director or 10% owner, must file with the SEC after buying or selling their own company's stock, generally within two business days. It is much faster than a congressional STOCK Act filing, which can be up to 45 days late.
Does StockPlus show 13D and 13G filings?
No. StockPlus covers insider transactions and 13F institutional holdings. Activist and 5%-ownership filings, 13D and 13G, are not in the app, and SECForm4.com is the better tool for those.
